Job summary
Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant focused on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team.
You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions for Fortune 500 to mid-market clients, translate business requirements into technical designs, and guide projects from requirements through go-live and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
- 3–5 years in a professional environment.
- 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
- Experience implementing Workiva in a consulting/enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Workiva SME for client engagements.
- Lead Workiva implementations and configurations.
- Gather and document business requirements with clients.
- Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
- Configure and test technology solutions.
- Develop training plans and deliver client training.
- Support pre-sales activities and proofs of concept.
- Ensure delivery excellence and client success.
- Collaborate with project teams across client levels.
- Contribute to solution development and business growth.
