Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced GRC Technology Senior Consultant with a strong focus on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance technology team. You will work with dynamic clients to transform governance, risk, and compliance processes using Workiva solutions.

In this role you will translate business requirements into effective technology designs, train clients, and support pre-sales. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/Finance/CS/Economics/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional/technical solutions.
• Experience implementing and configuring Workiva solutions.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva SME on client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Configure and test technology solutions.
• Develop testing plans and support UAT.
• Create and deliver training programs.
• Assist pre-sales with demos and proofs of concept.
• Focus on customer success, objectives, and quality.
• Support go-live and transition to support teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to solution development and project leadership.
