Job summary

Clearsulting in the United States seeks a Consulting Manager for Workiva Wdata (Digital Reporting & Compliance). You will join a team of problem solvers delivering finance modernization for multi-billion-dollar clients, guiding the full lifecycle from requirements through deployment.

The role demands deep Workiva knowledge, SDLC leadership, and 6+ years in system integration or finance consulting. You’ll mentor juniors, manage multiple projects, and present complex findings to executives

Qualifications

• 6+ years of system integration, SQL, and/or Python experience.
• 6+ years of finance management consulting with a focus on finance transformation or financial reporting.
• Strong expertise in building complex Excel formulas and data models.
• Experience leading projects, mentoring staff, and delivering client-facing results.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance management consulting workstreams for senior client executives.
• Oversee SDLC activities from requirements to deployment and testing.
• Translate business needs into effective technical designs and solutions.
• Develop executive presentations communicating complex issues and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects and timelines.
