Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Senior Workfront System Administrator to optimize marketing workflows and automate processes. You will support stakeholders, build efficient queues, and enhance user experience within the Workfront platform.

You will collaborate with marketing teams to enable faster, more reliable delivery of campaigns and reports. A background in advertising or marketing project management and demonstrated Workfront expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in advertising/marketing project management or related field.
• Hands-on experience administering Adobe Workfront.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, routing, approvals, and process optimization.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards within Workfront.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workfront at system level: users, groups, access controls, templates, and forms.
• Onboard new users with training materials and walkthroughs; troubleshoot issues.
• Build/maintain queues, routing logic, approvals and automated workflows.
• Develop Workfront Fusion scenarios for automation and API integrations.
• Create and enhance reports and dashboards for visibility and decisions.
• Collaborate with project coordination to keep work on track and identify risks.
