Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior Workfront System Administrator to support marketing operations by administering, maintaining, and automating the Adobe Workfront platform remotely. This role focuses on improving workflows, reducing manual processes, supporting users, and increasing overall efficiency in marketing delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in advertising, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering Adobe Workfront.
• Experience with Workfront workflows, queues, routing, approvals, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with Workfront Fusion and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Adobe Workfront at the system level with user and group management, access levels, layout templates.
• Train users and develop training resources such as user guides and walkthroughs.
• Troubleshoot Workfront issues and provide timely support to users.
• Design, build, and maintain queues, routing rules, approvals, and automated workflows.
• Develop and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios for automation and API integrations.
• Create and enhance Workfront reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with project coordination teams to monitor timelines and improve workflow efficiency.
• Identify repetitive processes for automation and drive efficiency gains.
