You will collaborate with marketing teams to enable faster, more reliable delivery of campaigns and reports. A background in advertising or marketing project management and demonstrated Workfront expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in advertising/marketing project management or related field.
• Hands-on experience administering Adobe Workfront.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, routing, approvals, and process optimization.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards within Workfront.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Join a dynamic marketing operations team as a Senior Workfront System Administrator focused on improving workflow efficiency, automation, and the overall user experience within Adobe Workfront. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building streamlined processes, supporting stakeholders, and helping marketing teams deliver work faster and more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Workfront platform at the system level, including user and group setup, access controls, layout templates, and custom forms.
• Support new users with onboarding, training materials, guided walkthroughs, and troubleshooting as issues arise.
• Build and maintain request queues, routing logic, approval flows, and automated workflows to improve intake and reduce manual effort.
• Develop and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to support automation and API-based integrations.
• Create, update, and enhance reports and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with project coordination team members to help keep work on track and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
• Look for opportunities to simplify repetitive processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across teams and explain technical automation concepts in a way that is easy to understand.
