EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex workforce enablement engagements as a strategic consulting partner to senior client executives.

In this role, you will shape enterprise-wide learning and adoption strategies, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive practice growth while enabling leaders across the organization. You will build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders, design enterprise-scale learning programs, and define engagement models for transformation

Qualifications

• 15+ years designing workforce enablement strategies.
• 8+ years leading diverse teams across complex projects.
• 5-7 years presenting strategic ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in learning design, change Enablement, adoption methodologies.
• Proven experience owning consultative sales, proposals, and resource planning.
• Prosci certification or enterprise change experience preferred.
• Experience advising C-suite through complex organizational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and advise on workforce transformation strategies.
• Lead development of enterprise-scale learning, enablement, and adoption strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Shape cross-functional initiatives with measurable client impact and define engagement models and delivery approaches.
• Own end-to-end consultative sales including vision, proposals, staffing models, and delivery strategy.
• Coach and mentor managers and consultants to foster high-performing teams and strong practice culture.
• Act as thought leader in workforce transformation trends and translate insights into reusable frameworks.
