EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Manager to lead complex workforce enablement engagements as a strategic consulting partner to senior client executives. You will shape enterprise-wide learning and adoption strategies, guide multidisciplinary teams, and drive practice growth while creating leverage through other leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years designing workforce enablement strategies.
• 8+ years leading diverse teams across complex projects.
• 5-7 years presenting strategic ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and set strategic direction.
• Expertise in learning design, change enablement, and adoption.
• Experience owning consultative sales, proposals, and resource planning.
• Prosci certification or extensive change/adoption leadership preferred.
• Experience advising C-suite through organizational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives while advising on workforce capability and transformation strategies.
• Lead development of enterprise-scale learning, enablement, and adoption strategies aligned to business transformation objectives.
• Shape cross-functional initiatives with measurable client impact and define engagement models and delivery approaches.
• Own end-to-end elements of consultative sales including vision, proposals, staffing models, and delivery strategy.
• Coach and mentor managers and consultants, fostering high-performing teams and advancing practice culture.
• Act as thought leader in workforce transformation trends, converting engagement insights into reusable frameworks.
