Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting experience in workforce enablement or transformation.
• 4+ years managing project teams with coaching and performance management responsibilities.
• Proven success leading client-facing discovery, strategy, and end-to-end delivery for complex learning initiatives.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, change enablement, and performance consulting methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with digital learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, or Adobe tools.

• Demonstrated success leading client-facing discovery, strategy, and end-to-end delivery for complex learning initiatives


• Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, change enablement, and performance consulting methodologies


• Proven ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes


• Experience with digital learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, or Adobe tools


• Strong business writing, executive storytelling, facilitation, and relationship-management skills


• Prosci or CCMP certification preferred along with experience in AI-enabled workflows and adoption strategies
