Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa seeks an analytical CRM support specialist to build offers in CMP, update reports, and prepare direct mail lists. You will perform data quality checks, train users, and create ad-hoc analyses to support marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred and/or combination of education and work experience.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be detail-oriented with paramount attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Excel expert skills are required.
• Knowledge of SQL queries is required.
• Proven ability to work with mail merge and address cleansing products.
• Ability to analyze raw data to find trends and anomalies.
• Ability to understand and interpret graphical representations of data.

Responsibilities

• Build offers in Casino Management System (CMP) for direct marketing.
• Maintain and update existing reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues and train users as needed.
• Manipulate and sort player lists for direct mail vendors.
• Upload customer (player) lists in CMP.
• Prepare graphical interpretations of raw data.
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis upon request.
• Maintain professional relations with vendors, customers and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned
