Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior IC to own the Visier platform and lead a hybrid, AI-powered self-service analytics initiative for the People team. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Ops to translate business questions into repeatable insights and enable data literacy across HR.

You will document data models and business logic, ensure data quality, and shape the self-service roadmap while balancing governance and accessibility for non-analysts and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on Visier experience: at least one implementation or meaningful capability expansion.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with a cloud data warehouse.
• Fluency in HR domain: recruiting, compensation, performance, org structure, data recording.
• Demonstrated ability to enable others via training, docs, or turning backlog into self-service.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visier Platform: configuration, metrics, security, releases, and vendor POC.
• Build Visier content: metrics, boards, alerts; onboard new data subjects.
• Manage data platform–Visier integration with Data Engineering on upstream models.
• Ensure data quality and drive fixes to source systems, not downstream patches.
• Ensure AI outputs align with Visier dashboards; document data models and caveats.
• Describe access rules for sensitive People data (comp and performance).
• Act as embedded partner to TA, Total Rewards, People Ops, and Business Partners.
• Move from ad hoc pulls to durable reporting cadence and org health insights.
• Lead enablement: training, office hours, docs, data literacy for HR.
• Translate business questions into deliverables; adjust scope when needed.
• Connect business objectives to data and roadmap.
