Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior IC to own Visier-based self-service analytics for the People function. You will set the analytics roadmap, enable Talent Acquisition, Employee Success Partners, Total Rewards, and People Ops to access metrics and AI-ready data, and partner with Data Engineering on upstream models.

You will document data models, governance, and ensure AI outputs align with source truth.

Qualifications

• Fluency in HR analytics, HR tech, and org data structures.
• Experience enabling others through training and documentation.
• 4+ years in people analytics or closely related roles.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Visier configuration, metric definitions, and security models.
• Build and extend Visier content (metrics, boards, alerts) for new data subjects.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Ops to align metrics with business goals.
• Drive the self-service analytics roadmap and enable data literacy across HR.
• Ensure AI outputs align with source truth and document data models and caveats.
