Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Senior IC to own Visier and drive a hybrid, AI-enabled self-service analytics program for People. You will partner with TA, Total Rewards and People Ops to deliver governed dashboards, educate the organization, and ensure data quality across the platform.

You will lead the analytics roadmap, integrate data with Visier, and empower non-analysts to extract insights while ensuring AI outputs are accurate and well-contextualized.

Qualifications

• Fluency in the HR domain with deep understanding of recruiting, compensation, performance, and org structure.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a cloud data warehouse.
• 4+ years in people analytics, HR tech, or related roles.
• Experience enabling others via training or documentation and turning a reporting backlog into self-service.
• Hands-on Visier experience (implementation or capability expansion).
• Pragmatic data governance balancing dashboards for large audiences with exploration for clients.
• Analytics Engineering capabilities: dbt, version control, CI/CD, and dimensional modeling.
• Experience exposing warehouse data to LLMs or agentic interfaces (semantic layers).
• Experience with our stack: Rippling, Workday, Ashby, Lattice, TeamOhana, BigQuery.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Sigma alongside Visier.
• Experience in high-growth or infrastructure environments where change is constant.

Responsibilities

• Own Visier configuration, metric definitions, security models, release management, and be the primary POC for the vendor.
• Set the self-serve analytics roadmap and own content development (metrics, boards, alerts) and expand data subjects.
• Build enablement content and training to raise HR data literacy and self-serve adoption.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Science to translate goals into dashboards.
• Ensure data quality and governance across the data platform and Visier integrations.
• Partner with Data Engineering on upstream models and data quality improvements.
• Document data models, business logic, and caveats to guide non-analysts and AI tools.
• Align AI outputs with Visier dashboards and maintain context consistency.
