Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior IC to own the Visier Platform and drive the self-service analytics roadmap for the People function. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Ops to deliver data-driven insights and AI-ready documentation from the same modeled data powering Visier.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people analytics, HR technology, or a closely related role.
• Hands-on Visier experience: at least one implementation or meaningful capability expansion.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in a cloud data warehouse.
• Fluency in the HR domain: recruiting, compensation, performance, and org structure.
• Experience enabling others through training, documentation, or converting a reporting backlog into self-service.
• A pragmatic approach to data governance.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive data with total discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own the Visier Platform as technical and functional owner.
• Build Visier content (metrics, boards, alerts) and onboard new data subjects.
• Manage the integration between our data platform and Visier with Data Engineering.
• Define data quality checks and triage failures; drive fixes to source systems.
• Ensure AI outputs align with Visier dashboards and document caveats.
• Document data models, business logic, and known caveats for users.
• Design access/aggregation rules for sensitive people data (comp and performance).
• Partner with TA, Total Rewards, People Ops; communicate insights to executives.
• Move from ad hoc pulls to durable reporting cadence around organizational health insights.
• Build enablement: training, office hours, documentation to raise data literacy.
• Translate business questions into deliverables and push back when process fixes are needed.
• Connect business objectives to data and provide actionable insights.
