Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development or apprenticeship programs.
• Experience coordinating NCCER, apprenticeship, training, or certification programs.
• Experience supporting construction or industrial workforce programs.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and identify trends.
• Knowledge of NCCER policies and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce development initiatives and support program execution.
• Coordinate apprenticeship activities, including on-the-job learning and RTI.
• Ensure compliance with NCCER, Registered Apprenticeship, and internal requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address workforce and training needs.
• Represent Workforce Development in meetings and outreach events.
• Provide program leadership in the absence of the manager.
