Job summary

Worley is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to provide advanced program coordination and technical support for apprenticeship, craft, and employee-development initiatives at an assigned location. You will collaborate with project leadership, instructors, and the People team to deliver effective training, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in workforce development, training, apprenticeship programs, or related field.
Experience coordinating NCCER, Registered Apprenticeship, training, assessment, or employee development programs preferred.
Experience supporting construction, maintenance, or industrial workforce-development programs preferred.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex programs and analyze workforce data across multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of NCCER policies, procedures, systems and requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned Workforce Development initiatives and support program execution.
Support workforce planning, training strategy, program implementation, and project priorities.
Coordinate NCCER activities, including on-the-job learning and assessments.
Mentor craft professionals and support career progression opportunities.
