Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and trades certification with 13-15 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement across government, education, and industry.
• Working knowledge of training program design and apprenticeship pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of regional workforce development and apprenticeship programs.
• Develop scalable talent pipelines across skilled trades and construction roles.
• Partner with leadership to align initiatives with long term workforce planning and project demand.
• Set up apprenticeship and craft development programs for current and future projects.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development activities.
• Ensure programs comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee IRA compliance for apprenticeship programs and coordinate with relevant partners.
• Manage learning systems and program operations, budgets, and reporting.
