Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an Apprenticeships & Training Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, administration, and execution of craft training, apprenticeship classes, and workforce development initiatives across the region. This role partners with instructors, workforce development teams, and craft employees to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or higher preferred.
Experience coordinating training, workforce development, or education administration.
Experience with construction, apprenticeship, or safety training programs a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery of training programs, certifications, onboarding, and apprenticeship activities.
Manage training schedules, registrations, communications, and resources.
Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
Track participation, completion, and metrics; generate reports for audits.
Serve as primary contact for employees, instructors, and field leaders.
Partner with operations, safety, HR, and leadership to support workforce readiness.
