Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking a Workforce Analyst in Saline, MI to translate schedules and input data into actionable workforce insights.

You will support PMO, WFM, site leads, and partners to optimize labor planning, tracking, and deployment readiness across programs. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across finance, operations, and professional services to maintain visibility and drive improvements in workforce tracking and capacity

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in workforce management, resource management or related field.
Experience handling large multi-account operations (24x7) and workforces over 1,000 resources.
Proficient with Excel and data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP resource planning systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate workforce trackers, dashboards, and reporting standards.
Aggregate schedules, skill needs, and deployment timelines into a capacity model.
Monitor staffing across internal and contractor teams; surface gaps and risks.
Validate labor hours, per diems, and timecards to support cost tracking and AP reconciliation.
Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate root causes for resolution.
Lead routine WFM reviews; present metrics and action plans to leadership.
Track third-party labor availability and onboarding status to ensure deployment continuity.
