Job summary

Weyerhaeuser in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Workforce Management Analyst to optimize labor utilization across U.S. and Canada. You will lead UKG Pro WFM, develop forecasting models, and deliver analytics to inform leadership decisions. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to drive productivity, efficiency, and compliance.

A strong background in analytics and enterprise systems is required. Location: Seattle preferred with openness to other eligible U.S. states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in workforce management, labor planning, scheduling, or analytics.
• Experience supporting U.S. and Canadian operations in a large multi-site enterprise.
• Experience implementing or optimizing workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise workforce management strategy and planning across units.
• Provide advanced labor forecasting, staffing scenarios, and capacity planning.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and predictive models for leadership decisions.
• Mentor Analysts and create workforce management documentation and training materials.
