Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years in workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, or capacity planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Create, publish, and adjust employee schedules based on demand and needs.
• Manage planned absences and scheduling accommodations while ensuring coverage.
• Coordinate training, meetings, and other activities to support operations.
• Administer and maintain workforce management systems and data integrity.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
