You will support PMO, WFM, site leads, and partners to optimize labor planning, tracking, and deployment readiness across programs. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration across finance, operations, and professional services to maintain visibility and drive improvements in workforce tracking and capacity

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workforce management, resource management or related field.
• Experience handling large multi-account operations (24x7) and workforces over 1,000 resources.
• Proficient with Excel and data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP resource planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate workforce trackers, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Aggregate schedules, skill needs, and deployment timelines into a capacity model.
• Monitor staffing across internal and contractor teams; surface gaps and risks.
• Validate labor hours, per diems, and timecards to support cost tracking and AP reconciliation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate root causes for resolution.
• Lead routine WFM reviews; present metrics and action plans to leadership.
• Track third-party labor availability and onboarding status to ensure deployment continuity.

Workforce Analyst

About the role

The Workforce Analyst provides the analytical foundation for effective resource planning and execution across the Rapid Data Center Deployment (RDD) organization. Reporting to the Workforce Manager, this role is responsible for converting complex project schedules, contractor inputs, and timekeeping data into actionable workforce insights. Unlike account-dedicated management roles, the Workforce Analyst operates across single or multiple program accounts as needed, ensuring consistent operational visibility, demand modeling, and labor tracking.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and operationally focused, with the ability to translate project schedules, resource plans, partner staffing inputs, and timekeeping data into actionable workforce insights. This individual must be comfortable working across PMO, Workforce Management, onsite resource leads, partner teams, Finance, Professional Services, and other stakeholders to identify workforce gaps, validate labor information, escalate staffing risks, and improve workforce tracking discipline.

What you'll be doing

Workforce Planning, Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain accurate workforce trackers, dashboards, and reporting standards covering utilization, attendance, readiness, and contractor labor metrics.
• Collaborate with PMO, WFM, and project leads to aggregate schedules, skill needs, and deployment timelines into a forward-looking capacity model.
• Monitor scheduled versus actual staffing across internal and contractor teams, surfacing coverage gaps, attendance trends, and resource risks.
• Validate labor hours, travel premiums, per diems, and contractor timecards to support accurate AP reconciliation, invoice dispute resolution, and cost tracking.
• Identify and document operational bottlenecks—including staffing shortfalls, badging delays, and timekeeping errors—escalating root causes for swift resolution.
• Lead routine WFM operational reviews, presenting key metrics, root-cause analyses, and action plans to account leadership.
• Track third-party labor availability, site access readiness, onboarding status, and replacements to ensure uninterrupted deployment continuity.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Partnership

• Continuously refine WFM reporting, timekeeping reconciliation, and capacity forecasting tools to streamline data workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Serve as the primary workforce data contact across PMO, WFM, Finance, site leads, and external partners, delivering actionable insights on labor utilization, coverage gaps, and deployment readiness.
• Champion company core values and strategic priorities through operational rigor, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you have

• Minimum 7 years of experience in workforce management, resource management, workforce analytics, labor planning, project controls, operations analysis, contractor workforce coordination, or a related resource-management role.
• Proven ability to balance analytical support across multiple accounts, large-scale resource pools, including 24x7 operations and workforces of more than 1,000 employees, contractors, or partner-supplied resources while prioritizing deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and WFM or ERP resource planning systems.
• Keen eye for reconciling disparate data sources (timecards, project plans, contractor logs) into accurate, executive-ready reporting.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
