Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• 4+ years in HR or IT environment preferred.
• Cloud HCM software experience (Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.) preferred.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik) preferred.
• Proficiency with data integration tools (DBT/Informatica/SSIS) preferred.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (R/Python/SAS) preferred.
• Knowledge of relational database structures.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, develop metrics, retrieve data, and ensure results are valid.
• Contribute to projects from start to finish with data deliverables.
• Create dashboards, reports, and BI tools; analyze data to measure processes and outcomes.
• Present findings via data storytelling tailored to audience and needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise data warehouse, data governance, HR leadership on data quality and architecture.
• Contribute to best-practices for data use and data-driven decision making.
