Develop productivity models and labor benchmarks.
Forecast and scenario model based on volume, acuity, and operational changes.
Identify trends, risks, and retention opportunities to support workforce sustainability.
Prepare, monitor, and analyze nursing labor budget and variances.
Develop dashboards and scorecards aligned with nursing priorities and organizational goals.
Collaborate with nursing leadership, finance, and HR to translate data into actionable insights.
