Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst III to support enterprise-wide information management initiatives and drive data-informed decisions across clinical and operational teams. You will analyze data, develop performance intelligence tools, and lead strategic projects that improve patient care.

Experience with SQL and report writing is required; Epic Clarity and Caboodle are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out data analysis and develop performance intelligence tools for enterprise use.
• Support measurement science and create dashboards for leadership.
• Lead analytics projects and mentor analysts on programming and querying.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Ensure data governance standards and change control are followed.
