Job summary

The Lead Data Analyst at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) will join the enterprise Data and Analytics team, empowering users with data across the institution and translating clinical and operational needs into analytics solutions. You will develop KPI definitions, dashboards, and self-service analytics; guide stakeholders; and build scalable data architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• At least six years of analytics/BI experience required.
• Healthcare analytics or hospital experience preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau) essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across data warehousing and analytics technologies.
• Develop and govern KPIs and metrics to drive decision making.
• Create dashboards and reports to empower clinical and business stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end data solutions, ensuring scalability and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; communicate findings effectively.
• Support and mentor analysts, and act as a go-to expert for data storytelling.
