Job summary

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is seeking a Workforce Analysis - Data Analyst III to turn workforce data into actionable insights. You will participate in enterprise initiatives such as Workday Skills Cloud and Strategic Workforce Planning, delivering dashboards and reports to inform leaders on skill gaps and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on data analysis experience, strong curiosity, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to HR and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least five (5) years of data analysis experience required.
• At least seven (7) years of analytics or business intelligence experience preferred.
• At least four (4) years of working in a Human Resources or IT environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, develop metrics, retrieve data, and ensure validity of results.
• Independently contribute to projects and data requests from beginning to end.
• Create dashboards, reports, business intelligence tools, etc., and data analysis for the measurement of processes and outcomes.
• Demonstrates excellent data storytelling skills through outstanding presentation and communication to share findings clearly to audience.
