Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Analysis, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience, or Master’s with 3 years.
• Experience with Epic EHR, Qlik Sense, REDCap, Power BI, Python, R and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members as SME and technical resource.
• Evaluate and implement data-driven process improvements for clinical and business stakeholders.
• Identify, define and implement new data-driven strategies for the organization.
• Oversee remediation of project obstacles to keep work moving forward.
• Drive technical process improvements for reporting infrastructure and standards.
• Develop metrics, retrieve data, and verify results.
• Propose dashboards, reports, and BI tools to measure processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate projects by setting scope, deadlines, and responsibilities.
• Train new team members and support onboarding.
