Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the on-site execution of large industrial projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality expectations are met. This field-based role requires directing construction leadership, coordinating with project teams, contractors, and customers to deliver outcomes.

The successful candidate will drive site readiness, manage workforce deployment, and optimize productivity while maintaining compliance with HSE and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Typically 15+ years in construction, project management, field leadership, or industrial project execution.
• Experience leading major EPC, EPCM, industrial, energy, chemicals, LNG, or large capital projects.
• Strong leadership across large teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities for major industrial projects.
• Establish construction execution strategies aligned with schedules and budgets.
• Provide leadership across planning, execution, commissioning support, and startup readiness.
• Manage complex projects or multiple related projects concurrently.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Develop and implement construction execution plans and workforce deployment strategies.
