• Authorize or deny medical treatment; handle litigation.
• Establish LEC; assign rehab nurses and contractors as needed.
• File notices with ICA; calculate indemnities (TTD/TPD) and PTD/PPD.
• Approve medical bills and report expenditures to administration.
