• Undergraduate studies in business administration preferred.
• Three to five years prior experience in workers’ compensation claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides notices to policyholders and injured employees per state statute.
• Files first and second notice of injury as required by state law.
• Manages claims with appropriate reserves and settlements.
• Maintains contact with policyholders and injured workers.
• Coordinates with Nurse Case Managers for medical management and return to work.
