Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business administration or related field preferred.
• State licensing where required; relevant claims certification training/classes may be required.
• Three to five years prior experience in workers’ compensation claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and handle medical and loss-of-time workers’ compensation claims.
• Establish timely and appropriate case reserves and manage claims to resolution.
• Communicate regularly with policyholders, injured workers and medical providers.
• Pursue third-party recoveries and coordinate with SIU and subrogation as needed.
