Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst in Hawthorne, CA to partner with HR and leadership on compensation programs, job levels, salary structures, equity packages, and surveys. You will analyze data, model trends, and communicate insights to influence decisions.

The role requires 4+ years in compensation/HR, a degree in business or finance, advanced Excel, and strong communication. This on-site position offers competitive pay, stock options, comprehensive benefits, and relocation support

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in compensation and/or human resources.
Degree in business, mathematics, economics, or finance preferred.
Strong Excel and data analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

Act as consultant to HR and business leadership to support hiring, promotions, and compensation programs.
Conduct quantitative analysis, data modeling, and data mining to drive strategic people decisions.
Develop compensation programs such as job levels, salary structures, and recognition programs.
Aggregate data for compensation surveys and benchmarking.
Communicate and train on compensation programs to recruiters and managers.
Mentor and train junior team members.
