Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation or HR.

Responsibilities

• Consult HR and leaders on hiring, promotions, and compensation programs.
• Perform research, data modeling, and analysis to drive strategic decisions about people.
• Develop compensation programs, salary structures, and recognition initiatives.
• Aggregate data for compensation surveys and insights.
• Create training and communications for compensation programs.
