Responsibilities

• Directs operations of litigation management and in-house counsel.
• Oversees budget planning, financial measures, and ROI goals.
• Mentors attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to grow skills.
• Litigates workers’ compensation cases and represents ICW Group.
• Maintains strong communication between legal and business teams.
