Qualificações

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation claim handling.
CA Self Insured license strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to deliver excellent customer service and manage multiple priorities.
HS Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

Manage workers’ compensation claims with timely investigations and financial accuracy.
Provide benefit oversight and file disposition in line with statutory guidelines.
Leverage networks of doctors, nurses, attorneys, and regulators to support claim resolution.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build productive client relationships.
Analyze data to inform critical claim decisions and compute benefit rates.
