The Hartford in California is seeking a Sr Representative Claims CA to lead investigations of workers' compensation claims. This 100% remote position is limited to CA residents with a start date of January 19, 2027 and a five-week training program.

You will plan, investigate, and manage claims, ensuring timely investigations, accurate benefit calculations, and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service to claimants and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of workers' compensation claim handling experience.
• CA licensed or certification exams; CA Self-Insured License preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.
• High level of performance and achievement over career span.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims with timely investigations and financial accuracy.
• Provide benefit oversight and proper file disposition per guidelines.
• Leverage resources to restore claimants' lives and support customers.
