Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster with 5+ years of indemnity and litigation experience for a remote-friendly role in the United States. You will assess exposures, plan proper actions, and advance claims to resolution in collaboration with clients and claimants.

Work with licensed adjusters across TX, CO, and UT, ensuring adherence to policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our claimants while representing clients.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and Gallagher policies, procedures, and ethical requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the claim file.
