Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions in a fully remote role. You will analyze exposure, determine the proper course of action, and coordinate with claimants, clients, and internal teams to drive timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of claims experience, strong analytical skills, and licensing to handle claims in applicable states.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine proper course of action to resolve claims.
• Interact extensively with clients, claimants, and other parties to ensure effective communication.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while following client policies.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting outcomes of the file.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance claims management.
