You will analyze exposures, determine the best course of action, and drive timely resolutions while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

The role supports remote work eligibility in the U.S., requires 5+ years of related claims experience, licensure in applicable states, and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims with analytical judgment.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative claims-management solutions.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize tasks to serve clients and claimants.
• Apply claims-management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and in accordance with policies.
