Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers' compensation claims from a fully remote base in the United States. The role emphasizes analytical evaluation, effective communication, and adherence to regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with clients to resolve complex exposures, apply industry best practices, and deliver responsive service to claimants while upholding client policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers' compensation claims with analytical rigor.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and improvements in the claims process.
