Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure to determine the proper course of action and resolve claims.
• Interact with multiple parties in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Handle claims in line with client and company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner.
