Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster with 3–5+ years of experience to manage indemnity and litigation files from a remote capability. You will work with clients, claimants, and governing bodies to analyze exposure, decide course of action, and drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants exhibiting empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims in line with client and company policies and ethics.
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner.
