Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its growing Phoenix, Arizona practice. The attorney will handle a heavy, complex caseload and participate in hearings across the state, contributing to a rapidly developing workers’ compensation program.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active AZ State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of workers' compensation cases and hearings.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and memoranda.
• Guide clients through the case process and coordinate with experts.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to develop and grow the statewide practice.
