Job summary

AHS American Home Shield Corp, a Frontdoor, Inc. company, is seeking a People Technology Senior Specialist - Total Rewards to own Workday Total Rewards modules including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll support, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.

You will partner with Total Rewards, Payroll, WFM Operations, and Strada to deliver compliant, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include configuring compensation and benefits, managing enrollment cycles, and ensuring accurate payroll integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience configuring Workday Compensation and Benefits.
• Knowledge of Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and payroll integrations.
• Experience with Workday business process configuration and workflow design.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday Advanced Compensation with salary, bonus, equity, and commissions.
• Lead annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, including rules and approvals.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation structure changes and pay equity.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, eligibility, calculations, and deductions.
• Lead open enrollment, ACA reporting, and life events processing.
• Partner with Benefits/vendors on plan changes and rate updates.
• Serve as liaison between People Technology, Payroll, WFM Operations, and Strada.
• Support payroll configuration, integrations, and year-end activities.
• Administer Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management; manage accruals and leave.
• Participate in Workday releases, testing, upgrades; provide tier-2 support and docs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on system implementations and improvements.
