Job summary

AHS American Home Shield Corp in the United States is seeking a Senior Specialist, Benefits, Well-Being & Recognition to support enterprise-wide programs. As a member of the Total Rewards team, you will lead and coordinate initiatives that enhance associate well-being and recognition across a nationwide workforce.

You will partner with HR, benefits carriers, and external vendors to implement strategies, track performance, and communicate program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Benefits, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, Total Rewards, associate wellbeing, recognition, or related HR programs.
• Experience supporting enterprise programs and coordinating multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong vendor interaction experience and data analysis skills.
