InterDigital, Inc. in Conshohocken, PA hybrid is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own Core HCM, Absence, and Time Tracking configuration.

You will optimize and administer the Workday platform, develop advanced reports, and manage security and governance with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive Workday configuration experience, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to independently assess complex requirements and deploy scalable solutions across HR

Qualifications

5+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday configuration.
Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Absence and Time Tracking.
Experience with Workday reporting, security, and governance.
Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday issues and design scalable solutions.
Experience supporting a production Workday environment and deployments.

Responsibilities

Owns Workday functional areas (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking) and leads configuration.
Partners with Payroll, HR Ops, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Develops reporting, security roles, and governance for Workday
Coordinates testing, releases, and documentation of configuration changes.
Provides data administration, EIBs, and mass data changes as needed.
