Makse Group is a consulting firm delivering Workday solutions that transform client operations. This role focuses on configuring Time Tracking and Absence Management to align with workforce policies and compliance.

You will drive requirements gathering, conduct gap analyses, and oversee end-to-end project delivery from discovery through deployment to improve compliance and employee experience.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, focused on Time Tracking and Absence Management.
• Experience configuring Time and Absence in Workday, including accrual calculations and compliance setup.
• Familiarity with labor laws, leave policies, and scheduling practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in configuration and testing.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and implement Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions aligned with client policies and compliance.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design Workday solutions following best practices.
• Support full-cycle project delivery including configuration, unit testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and guide on accruals, rules, and absence compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Scheduling, and Finance to ensure seamless integration.
• Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user training.
• Contribute to project planning and status reporting, meeting milestones.
