Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to lead client-facing projects and work-streams with a strong emphasis on data analysis, presentations, and mentoring junior staff.

This role requires 2–4 years of Workday implementation experience, Workday HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management certification, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Certification in HCM Time Tracking and Absence Management (required).
• 2–4 years project implementation and/or minimum of 2 full life cycles.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage.
• Proficient in Workday Methodology and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing project or work-stream leadership with analysis and presentation focus.
• Mentor Analysts and Coachees to grow skills and project impact.
• Communicate findings and impact effectively to leadership audiences.
