Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years project implementation experience or 2 full life cycles.
• Proficient in Workday methodology with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing projects or work-streams with a heavy interaction focus.
• Develop Analysts and Coachees; mentor others on project-management and technical dimensions.
• Perform intensive data analysis and prepare client-ready presentations.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
